1. The above quotation is based on specific hotels. According to availability, hotels are subject to change. If the specified hotel rooms are not available, alternate hotels will be suggested. Any difference in cost is payable additionally.
2. The above quote is based on base category rooms unless otherwise specified.
3. All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Any date change or amendment in the package is chargeable at a fee of 2,000 INR after booking. Dates can be changed but must be informed to the company via email.
4. Go Squad Ride Tour and Travel reserves the right to change rates without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control, e.g., rate fluctuations, fuel increases, government regulations, levies, duties, etc.
5. Rates may change during festivals or peak seasons. The first payment is non-refundable.
6. Christmas & New Year Gala Dinner charges will follow hotel policies. Himachal Tax, Rohtang Pass, Atal Tunnel, and Manikaran fees in Goa packages, as well as any water activities mentioned, are optional and payable directly by the customer. Goa sightseeing will be on an SIC basis.
7. In case the selected hotels are sold out, under maintenance, or experiencing service issues, a similar hotel will be provided.
8. Free stay is provided for children below 5 years in a parent’s room, without an extra bed and meals.
9. Please double-check hotel reviews, preferred locations, and any specific requirements before reconfirming or guaranteeing the booking with us. We strive to match your preferred budget, location, or requirements. If you have a specific hotel choice or other concerns, please mention these to us at the time of booking to avoid any inconvenience to guests.
10. The rates quoted above are valid only for the specified dates and unless otherwise mentioned.
11. The company is not responsible for refunds if the package is canceled due to a pandemic.
12. The company reserves the right to reschedule or not reschedule the package per Section 11 of the Terms and Conditions.
13. Any commitment made by a salesperson or company employee is not valid unless included in the package or provided in writing via email.
14. In case of missed trains, flights, or buses for any reason, the company is not responsible.
15. After receiving the hotel voucher, the customer is responsible for any cancellations if the second payment has not been made within the specified period. In such cases, the company is not liable.
16. There is no air-conditioning facility in hill station tour vehicles or hotels/resorts. If the customer requires air conditioning, an additional amount will be payable to the cab driver as applicable.
17. If you face any problems during your trip, please inform us through email at the same time. And especially for hotel problems like rooms not being clean, room not up to the mark, toilet problems, etc., send it to email with photos or videos. So that we can resolve this problem with the concerned property. If you have not sent the mail, then the company will not be responsible, and you cannot make any claim against the company.
18. Limitations on Claims: All claims related to service related issues must be submitted in writing by e-mail with photos or videos within 48 hours of the incident. Claims made after this period cannot be considered.
19. Customers must follow the rules and regulations of the hotel. Any violation will result in fine or expulsion being the responsibility of the customer. In such case the Company will not be liable for any refund or claim
20. The company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
21. Customers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events that may affect their trip, such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings.
22. Payments made are only confirm upon receipt of the payment notification from the bank. The company is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing.
23. The company reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to a third party without prior consent from the customer.
24. By participating in the tour, the customer agrees to allow the company to use any photographs or review videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes without compensation.
25. Guests are advised to verify the classification and reviews of hotels listed in their itinerary before confirming the package. Go Squad Ride Tour and Travel will not entertain claims related to hotel classifications once the booking is confirmed by the guest.
26. Any complaints regarding hotel or cab services must be communicated to our support team immediately with photographic or video evidence to ensure timely action. Complaints or refund requests made after the service has been completed and without documented proof will not be liable for any compensation or refund.
27. All accommodations are booked based on quality standards that align with guest satisfaction ratings and company benchmarks. In some cases, properties may be registered differently (e.g., as a guest house rather than a hotel). If this occurs, no claims will be accepted based on property classification alone if the quality standard is met as per our evaluation.
28. If the customer completed the stay and made payments, it indicates implied acceptance of services.This support that the services, though not perfect, were satisfactory enough for the stay to be completed without severe complaints or disruptions during the trip.
29. Although the company initially sends the customer a package that includes hotel details, cab services, inclusions, exclusions, notes, terms and conditions, booking and cancellation policies, account details, supplement charges, etc., the customer pays only when they Satisfied with this information. Then, the company sends a welcome email, which the customer is required to check again before the company processes the booking reservation. If the welcome email is not responded to within two days, this will be considered your consent. After that, the hotel booking details are provided, including the hotel name, address, contact number, check-in date, check-out date, number of persons, number of rooms, and meal plans. The customer is given a 24-hour period to re-verify these details with the hotels.
In all these situations, if the customer does not raise any written issues regarding the registration being different (e.g., as a guest house rather than a hotel), they cannot take any legal action against the company. This is because the customer is equally responsible as the company, which provides ample opportunities to verify the details, especially when the customer’s concerns can be easily resolved.
30. All legal proceedings related to services provided by Go Squad Ride Tour and Travel shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow. By booking a package with Go Squad Ride Tour and Travel, the customer agrees that any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from or related to these services may only be filed in Lucknow.
