1: A flight, train, or bus ticket booking must be paid 100% of the cost to get a sure seat.

2: For package booking, you need to pay at least 20% of your package.

3: After receiving the hotel voucher, you need to pay 30% of your package.

(A hotel voucher will be issued within three working days.)

4: Rest 50% Amount you will pay on arrival, and our account team will update you for the rest payment.

5: Cancellation or any amendment 40 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package amount will be charged.

6: Cancellation or any amendment 20 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package amount will be charged.

7: Cancellation or any amendment 10 days before arrival or till arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package amount will be charged.

8: Cancellation or any modification during the trip will be charged 100% of the package amount plus 5% GST.

Third-Party Bookings (Flights, Trains, and Buses)

Go Squad Ride Tour and Travel facilitates bookings on behalf of clients through third-party providers (airlines, railways, or bus operators). Any cancellation fees, refund amounts, and timelines will adhere to the policies set by the respective service providers.

Go Squad Ride Tour and Travel will assist clients in processing cancellations as per the third-party provider’s terms, but any additional charges or fees imposed by the provider are the responsibility of the client.

In the event of delays or cancellations by the third-party provider, Go Squad Ride Tour and Travel will not be liable for any claims, refunds, or additional arrangements unless specified in the provider’s policy.

Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings made by Go Squad Ride Tour and Travel are also subject to the individual hotel’s cancellation policy.

Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the terms of the specific hotel, which may vary based on factors such as peak seasons, advance booking dates, or room types.

Go Squad Ride Tour and Travel will coordinate with the hotel on the client’s behalf but cannot guarantee a refund beyond what is offered by the hotel.

Refund Processing Times

  • Flights: Generally 7-21 business days. depending on the Airlines.
  • Trains: 3-7 business days for online bookings; counter refunds are immediate (if applicable).
  • Buses: 3-10 business days depending on the Bus provider.
  • Hotel – 5 -10 business days depending on the terms of the specific hotel
  • Package : 15-30 days, as packages involve multiple services.
