Whether you seek the spiritual tranquility of Badrinath Yatra, the divine presence at Kedarnath Yatra, the sacred origins of the Yamuna at Yamunotri Yatra, or the holy Ganges at Gangotri Yatra, this journey promises a deeply enriching experience.

Day 1: Haridwar to Yamunotri (Barkot) via Rishikesh

Your journey begins with a drive from Haridwar to Barkot, a small town en route to Yamunotri. On the way, you’ll pass through the spiritual town of Rishikesh, known for its ghats, ashrams, and the iconic Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula bridges. After a brief stop in Rishikesh, continue towards Barkot. The drive offers scenic views of the Shivalik mountains and lush green valleys. Upon arrival in Barkot, check in to your hotel and rest for the night, preparing for the trek to Yamunotri the next day.

Day 2: Barkot to Yamunotri Darshan and Back to Barkot

After an early breakfast, drive to Janki Chatti, the base point for the trek to Yamunotri, the first of the Char Dhams. The trek is about 6 kilometers and can be undertaken either on foot or by hiring a pony or a palanquin. The trek route is scenic, with the gushing Yamuna River flowing alongside. Upon reaching Yamunotri, visit the Yamunotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Yamuna, and take a holy dip in the thermal springs of Surya Kund before performing puja. After the darshan, trek back to Janki Chatti and drive to Barkot for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Barkot to Uttarkashi

Post breakfast, check out and drive to Uttarkashi, a town nestled on the banks of the Bhagirathi River and home to numerous temples and ashrams. On the way, enjoy the picturesque landscape of the Garhwal region. Upon arrival in Uttarkashi, check in to your hotel.
